About Us
Monforts Fong’s Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. ("Monforts Fong’s") is the joint venture of the leading German textile machinery manufacturer, A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co., KG Mönchengladbach and Fong’s Industries Co., Ltd., Hong Kong established in January 1999. The joint venture company commits to the production, sales and after-sales services of the well-known fabric finishing machines of A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG, Germany in China. The main products include Stenter Frame Range, Shrinking Range,Continuous Dyeing Range and Relaxation Dryer.
Monforts Fong’s has experienced continuous business growth since its start. A manufacturing complex of over 7,000 sqm was set up Shenzhen in 2000, followed by a newly built plant of 15,000 sqm in October 2004 to cope with the fast expanding business.
With over 100 years of experience and technology in textile machinery of Monforts’ Germany and integrated with the extensive sales network of Fong’s, the Stenter Frame Range occupied China market within a short period of time. The relaxation dryer applies "JetAir 5000 Vibratronic", which is based on air hydrodynamics theory. The vibration function improves the shrinkage results along both the length and width of the fabric. The Continuous Dyeing Range launched in October 2004 is suitable for small or large batch of continuous dyeing/ curing process with a different range of combinations. With ever-increasing sales of stenter frame range, in 2007, a new type of environmental-protection stentering machine integrating state-of-the-art technology in heat energy recovery has been launched in China market under technical back-up by Monforts Germany. By that our clientele enjoys the most economical production costing input without trading off efficiency. Monforts Fong’s has received national recognition from the textile manufacturers in China for its advanced technology, competitive price and speedy technical service. Never being complacent with the great success in the last decade, Monforts Fong’s market coverage since the last quarter of 2008 extends to Southeast Asia countries; namely, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines; and peripheral zones such as Mongolia, Korea, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Taiwan. It is the goal to provide to customers with the highest quality products and the most comprehensive customer service.
In 2012, Monforts Fong’s moved from its original site in Shenzhen to Zhongshan and in to a bigger production spaces to cope with growth in business. It is located in Tsui Hang New District, east of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. This New District faces the Pearl River Estuary in the east, and Shenzhen city across the sea, links with the channel of Lingdingyang Bay in the south, borders the central area of development zone on the west, neighbouring Nansha New Area of Guangzhou City across the river in the north. Monforts Fong's occupies 200 mu of land in this new district, the production area is more than 60000 m2, 3 production workshops.
