Aerodynamics instead of mechanics
Benefits:
The strong fabric tumbling resulted by the JetAir 5000 is a precondition for optimum relaxing and shrinking results in both longitudinal and transverse directions as it briefly loosens the thread crossing points. The sinusoidal fabric transport permits free shrinking of the fabric in the space between the upper and lower belt.
Competence in the comfort finishing of knitted fabrics
Wet shrinking (precompacting) for over-stretching the fabric with stretching field.
Vibratronic (Option)
Selective improvement of the fabric hand with pulsed air currents, variable from 1 to 30 pulses. Best effect will be achieved by having the "Vibratronic" system installed within the last one third of the whole chamber length.
