The stenter frame range Monfongs 328/329 TwinAir is designed to match the requirements of all kinds of fabric finishing, especially elastic and sensitive materials. It achieves high efficiency, low energy consumption, an even chamber temperature and low fabric tension. The machine is very versatile. It can handle all types of natural and man-made fibres in woven, knitted and warp knitted fabric form. The capacity range is 5 - 100 m/min for knitted goods and 7.5 - 150 m/min for woven fabrics. It can apply to dehydration, finishing, drying, curing and heat-setting of woven and knitted fabrics. The main features are:
Finishing Padder Matex 5000 standard
Uniform padding pressure across the fabric width, short cloth passage with extreme low fabric tension.
Stenter chains
Both the horizontal return »Hercules« and vertical return »Marathon« stenter chains are running in lubricant-free chain tracks, thus eliminate oil dripping in chamber. All width adjustments are individually driven for setting of different chain track shape required by the processes.
Treatment chambers
Treatment chambers reduce energy consumption effectively by its space saving construction, large heating system and thick door panels. The patented »TwinAir« system with frequency-controlled fans is proven to be the best solution for repeatable air circulation control.
PLC »Mastermind« and automations
The »Mastermind« is the latest version with friendly Human-machine-interface. All kind of precision detectors with machine controls can be integrated into the stenter for supreme quality control of the fabric upon request.
Heatsetting control system »Monformatic«
Continuous detection of fabric status in the treatment chambers and automatic adjusting of processing speed ensure proper heatsetting
Integrated Exhaust Heat Recovery (H/R) System
MONFONGS 828 ES TwinAir stenter frame range can be equipped with Integrated Exhaust Heat Recovery System. The energy of exhaust gas from the stenter is recovered via heat exchanger, whereby the condensed volatile impurities contained in the exhaust gas can’t be released to the air.
