XORELLA® steaming is an important part of A&E’s sewing thread manufacturing process. Depending on the thread engineering specifications, the XORELLA® process is used for special heat setting, or for the setting of twist in the core yarns. XORELLA® has developed the unique temperature gradient control, which allows the design of the heating-up curve in relation to the shrinkage characteristic of the synthetic yarn.
The dynamic shrinkage achieved contributes to excellent uniformity of thread elongation, and avoids the crushing of the cone.
