Pre-installation support and consulting:
The XORELLA engineering team provides support during the realisation of your production needs. The team plans the ideal solution on the basis of your requirements, the space available and the existing installations. Experienced engineers prepare the most economically efficient layout for your production plant and draw up a comprehensive, phased installation plan. The calculation of the precise need for electricity, water, steam and air are just as much part of this plan as active environmental management.
Commissioning:
Xorella machines are largely pre-assembled and have been subject to quality and functional testing. This considerably reduces assembly and installation times. The Xorella assembly team installs the equipment and supports the commissioning process. In a further step, our technicians assist with the start-up of the applied technology. In teamwork with your specialists, the optimum conditioning cycles are programmed with regard to benefits, safety, ecological management and the shortest possible duration.
Training:
Without well-trained personnel, even state-of-the-art machinery will not achieve the performance demanded. Xorella trains your workforce in a targeted manner in order to achieve the best possible and most effective operation of the machine. Personnel’s training commences with start-up and covers the mechanical, electronic and control system programming areas.
After-sales service:

Should for any reasons maintenance or support be required, a service team comprised of competent specialists is available.
